City of London for leading Investment Banks: HSBC
(London and Tokyo), NatWest Markets and Hill Samuel
Investment Bank – wide range of M&A, IPO
and Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.
In 2002 Steven was
appointed Managing Director of the Ladybird Technologies
Venture Capital Fund based in Piccadilly.
Became Managing Director of Calder Corporate Advisory
Limited in June 2003.

Ali has indepth experience in managing all stages of the transaction process.
